Return and Refund Policies
United Support Animals stands behind all of our products and is here to address any concerns you may have related to returns, refunds or replacements. Please contact us via email with your concern and we will promptly get in touch with you. We appreciate our customers and are committed to addressing your needs! Please note that each certificate and ID card is custom made for your order so there is a no return or refund policy related to those items. In the event that the information you provided to us for the certificate or ID card was transcribed wrong by us, then yes indeed, we will replace the incorrect item at no cost to you. In the event that one of our products such as a leash, collar or vest, are found to be compromised upon receiving our package, please contact us as we stand behind the quality of each product.
